Questions about the wiring in your kitchen, whether a particular outlet can take a particular appliance, or why a breaker keeps tripping cannot be answered by email from a website. Those need somebody in the room with a meter, which means a licensed electrician. The same applies to clearance for a specific model: that figure is in the manual, and the manufacturer support site publishes manuals when the printed copy has gone missing.
